Iam blessed to have the best team ever:::: can you clearly distinguish between a leader and a a manager??? i work with an executive Board of 12 Directors, of whom three are CEO's, Three are lecturers, one Business Consultant, one lawyer, Senior Business managers, Entrepreneur, senior chief auditor, Researcher and policy makers; let me share with you what makes some people leaders and others managers;

1. A leader is always full of praise
2. A leader uses the phrases "thank you" and please on his way to the top.
3. A leader is always growing
4. A leader is possessed with his dreams
5. A leader launches forth before success is certain
6. A leader is not afraid of confrontation
7. A leader talks about his own mistakes before talking about others
8. A leader has a good name
9. A leader is a person of honesty and integrity
10. A leader makes others better
11. A leader is quick to praise and encourage the smallest amount of improvement
12. A leader is genuinely interested in others
13. A leader takes others up with him
14. A leader responds to his own failures and acknowledges them before others have to discover and reveal them.

Ladies and Gentlemen with all due respect ; Handle people the way you would love to be handled " An army of sheep led a lion would Defeat an army of lions led by a sheep" how is your Team, do you have leaders or Managers???? in fact a leader will never quarrel with an employee, he will always look for best in you and try to encourage to do more.
